La JCC esiste da soli due mesi, ma si spera che in futuro qualcuno prenda spunto da essa. Il progetto può essere adattato facilmente perché lichess.org è un sito aperto a tutti e su richiesta il sito della JCC può essere duplicato. The JCC exists from only two months, but we hope that in the future someone does something similar. The project can be adapted easily because everyone can use lichess.org and the JCC site can be duplicated if requested.

Negli scacchi si impara giocando: incentivare la sana competizione è utile per promuovere il gioco. Inoltre la pagina "La Partitazza" del sito JCC è utile anche dal punto di vista didattico.

In chess playing is learning: stimulating the competition is useful to promote the game. The page "La Partitazza" in the JCC site is a tool to learn, too.

La JCC è la prima arena online U16, rivolta a chi fra gli adolescenti vuole divertirsi con gli scacchi imparando; l'obiettivo è far confrontare coetanei, e la partecipazione è sempre maggiore grazie al facile accesso al sito ed all'integrazione della piattaforma lichess.org.

The JCC is the first U16 online arena, for the teenagers that want to have fun to learn playing chess; the purpose is to challenge each other, and participation is growing because of the easy access to the site and of the use of the site lichess.org.

Alcuni giocatori hanno avuto difficoltà a controllare la data del torneo successivo: il problema è stato risolto aggiungendo al sito JCC una pagina Countdown. Some players found difficult to see the date of next tournament: now there's a Countdown page in the JCC site.

Spero che la partecipazione si estenda sempre di più al mondo adolescente potendo fare anche degli scacchi una piattaforma social. I hope that the participation will extend more and more among teenagers using chess as a social.

Il progetto sta avendo successo perché consente un facile passaparola e sempre più ragazzi ne sono a conoscenza. Anche il livello di competenza (punteggio Elo medio) è in aumento. The project is being successfull because many teens are invited by the participants. The strength of the players (average Elo score) is increasing, too.

How many users interact with your project monthly and what are the preferred forms of interaction? (max. 500 characters):

Ogni mese si tengono circa quattro tornei, con una partecipazione media di dieci giocatori su venti (dati di giugno 2017; il mese scorso i partecipanti erano otto). Interagiamo per mezzo di un gruppo WhatsApp e del sito lichess.org.

There are about 4 tournaments on lichess.org monthly, with an average participation of ten players out of twenty (June 2017; the previous month there were eight players). We interact with a WhatsApp group and the lichess.org site.

Creare un'arena di scacchi U16, dove conoscersi ed imparare questo gioco utile alla mente e allo sviluppo della logica (altre informazioni nella sezione FAQ del sito); Valerio Stancanelli ha avuto l'idea, che si sviluppa quotidianamente con il crescere stesso della JCC; il progetto è ancora curato da Valerio, che si occupa anche del sito.

Creating an U16 chess arena, in which learning the game, useful for brain and logic training, and meeting other people (further information in the website's FAQ page); the idea was developed by Valerio Stancanelli, who's still implementing the project and the site. JCC is growing fast.
