Nel primo caso, cito ad esempio la Rete delle 80 scuole di Bolzano, intenzionata ad adottare il progetto Rigeneri@mo. Nel secondo caso, mi riferisco a docenti di Milano così come di Palermo: oltre 60 scuole su tutto il territorio nazionale hanno ad esempio partecipato alle attività di riscrittura con Twitter, o numerose scuole hanno replicato il mio progetto di podcasting didattico denominato &amp;quot;Chocolat 3b Podcast&amp;quot;, diventato oggetto di studio di enti di ricerca e università ed anche di tesi di laurea di molti studiosi, ora insegnanti.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class=&quot;field field-name-field-project-lessons field-type-text-long field-label-inline clearfix&quot;&gt;&lt;div class=&quot;field-label&quot;&gt;What lessons can others learn from your project? I mezzi imprescindibili per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi descritti, sono stati il pieno coinvolgimento di tutti gli enti presenti sul territorio e una massiccia azione formativa. In alcuni casi è stato sufficiente creare una rete tra realtà già esistenti. In altri ho dovuto agire perché nascessero, con l&#039;aiuto di tutti, realtà utili allo svolgimento delle attività progettuali. In ogni caso, tuttavia, l&#039;azione di formazione è stata sempre necessaria e costante.&lt;/p&gt;

Tra i più rilevanti c&amp;#039;è sicuramente l&amp;#039;aver dovuto reperire fondi, convincendo aziende ed enti istituzionali ad investire su di un bene i cui frutti si potranno vedere soltanto tra anni: la formazione culturale e umana dei nostri giovani. 
Cito poi lo scetticismo da parte di una schiera di colleghi verso l&amp;#039;introduzione di pratiche didattiche legate ad un uso in classe della Rete e dei Social, o la fatica di coltivare rapporti umani, basati su stima e rispetto reciproco, alla base di un qualsiasi lavoro efficace e duraturo nel tempo. Così come lo sforzo immane di coordinare in maniera univoca l&amp;#039;azione di 104 scuole, 50 comuni e una miriade di aziende, enti, esperti, volontari, ecc. Oltre all&amp;#039;impegno profuso per la realizzazione concreta di tutte le progettazioni, in quanto molte delle azione formative sono state condotte da me in prima persona. Sono a mio avviso molto indicativi i numeri che esprimono la partecipazione considerevole di giovani e adulti. Dietro quelle cifre ci sono Dirigenti, docenti, genitori, studenti, manager, Direttori, Sindaci, Assessori, volontari...un&amp;#039;intera schiera di persone accomunate da passione e professionalità e dal desiderio di migliorare la nostra scuola e la nostra società.
Vorrei inoltre sottolineare, a proposito di risultati raggiunti, che tutte le attività descritte sono diventate modello e oggetto di studio e hanno ricevuto numerosi riconoscimenti. Tra i più prestigiosi:

Vorrei sottolineare alcuni effetti emblematici di questi progetti: gli studenti, anche a scuola terminata, hanno continuato a visitare le sedi delle Onlus che si occupavano di riciclo di Pc, per poter dare una mano in questa attività, così come hanno costituito gruppi di lettori volontari e di donatori di voce, per proseguire l&#039;attività di registrazione di audiolibri in aiuto a persone con disabilità. A questo proposito, sono stati significativi alcuni episodi in cui giovani non vedenti o studenti dislessici, si sono prodigati nella realizzazione di audiolibri per aiutare persone con le loro stesse disabilità.&lt;/p&gt;

- CORSI DI FORMAZIONE ICT: conduco corsi per un uso didattico dei SocialMedia; degli Strumenti e Ambienti di Rete utili alla condivisione e costruzione della conoscenza; di metodologie che presuppongo l&#039;utilizzo in aula dei dispositivi mobili. Seguo inoltre la formazione dei neoassunti in ruolo dei territori di Como e di Varese; collaboro con Università e importanti centri educational italiani ed esteri. Ogni anno seguo una media di oltre 300 colleghi, con i quali si instaura uno scambio vivo, una condivisione di idee ed emozioni, una crescita reciproca: unici presupposti per un miglioramento umano e professionale.&lt;br /&gt;
- PROGETTI DI DIDATTICA DIGITALE: ho ideato e condotto progetti che ad oggi vedono la partecipazione di 94 scuole, decine di Comuni, Associazioni e Istituzioni varie. Tra gli altri:&lt;br /&gt;
&quot;Libri Parlanti&quot;: con Ufficio scolastico di Como e di Varese, Camera di Commercio di Como, Provincia di Varese e Associazione Libro Parlato Lions di Milano, gruppi di lettori volontari costituiti da insegnanti e studenti, seguono un ciclo gratuito di lezioni dedicate alla recitazione e alla lettura ad alta voce, e frequentano un corso di formazione sulle tecniche di registrazione al microfono e sul montaggio audio. I gruppi dei donatori di voce si impegnano, mediante un kit di registrazione apposito, nella produzione di libri audio: principalmente libri di poesia e di narrativa per ragazzi o testi concordati di volta in volta con i gruppi di lettori. Le scuole, possono inoltre usufruire in maniera completamente gratuita della vasta audiobiblioteca (oltre 8000 files digitali) messa a disposizione dall’Associazione Libro Parlato Lions che fornisce l’accesso ai ragazzi con Disturbi specifici di Apprendimento.&lt;br /&gt;

I pc, riportati a nuova vita con programmi open source, sono donati alle scuole con i requisiti specifici per l’attuazione del progetto. Queste ultime ricevono inoltre un corso di formazione per un uso tecnico dei software open source e per un utilizzo in chiave didattica di strumenti e ambienti open (Open Educational Resources). Il tutto in collaborazione con l’Ufficio scolastico di Como e di Varese e la Onlus “Progetto nuova vita” di Olgiate Olona (VA).&lt;br /&gt;

&quot;Corsi di alfabetizzazione digitale&quot;: studenti che insegnano ai nonni l&#039;utilizzo del Pc e la navigazione in Rete.&lt;br /&gt;
&quot;Fuori di testo&quot;: in collaborazione con le Biblioteche dell’Unione di Comuni Lombarda “Terre di Frontiera”, è promossa la lettura tra i giovani attraverso il sito Fuoriditesto, con recensioni e commenti ai libri.&lt;br /&gt;
&quot;Booktrailer&quot;: per la promozione della lettura presso i giovani, vengono organizzati laboratori per la produzione di booktrailer nelle scuole di Como e provincia, in collaborazione con le Biblioteche dell’Unione di Comuni Lombarda “Terre di Frontiera”.&lt;/p&gt;

Sia a Udine che a Tolmezzo inizieremo con un incontro introduttivo, finalizzato a far comprendere ad un ampio numero di partecipanti le potenzialità del programma e a fornire loro un primo orientamento su portale e desktop. Procederemo con 3 laboratori in presenza dedicati a docenti del primo ciclo, durante i quali verrà proposto un percorso di avvicinamento, orientamento e approfondimento, che comporterà: registrazione al portale, utilizzo del desktop, integrazione alla comunità dei docenti europei e infine pratica sul twinspace, sperimentazione concreta delle potenzialità. Ai partecipanti verrà garantita assistenza online e il twinspace resterà a disposizione per prove ed esperimenti vari&lt;/p&gt;

Il secondo obiettivo prevedeva un incremento di progetti attivati e conseguente coinvolgimento delle classi in attività didattiche che comportino l&amp;#039;utilizzo delle tic, la comunicazione e collaborazione con i partner è stato in parte raggiunto, dato che alcuni dei docenti hanno attivato progetti ma il risultato sarà verificabile soltanto nel corso del prossimo anno scolastico, essendo avvenuta la formazione per lo più nella parte conclusiva dell&amp;#039;anno scolatico.

In this arty STEM-project children&#039;s CREATIVITY is put to the test.  Problems that WILL arise have to be tackled in the best possible way. Children have to think in steps: What is the problem? / How can we fix it? / We execute! / We evaluate! ... and we start this process over and over again until things work as originally planned.  Children are obliged to COOPERATE within school because the chain is only as strong as its weakest link.&lt;br /&gt;
Teachers who are in the project can achieve a lot of goals in a very short period of time!  Of course there are the goals in science.  Almost every goal in the Belgian science curriculum is integrated into this project!  Children have to THINK CRITICAL about the technical process, examine why things don&#039;t work as they should, think about the character of the materials they will be using, ... At the end of the project children have to reflect on technology: how have children in other countries created this?  Why does it work or how could it be even better? Besides the obvious science goals children learn a LOT about social skills.  It is very easy to get mad at someone who didn&#039;t succeed at making a working piece of the chain, but children have to learn how to COMMUNICATE with each other in a crisis situation (when things don&#039;t work and the deadline is approaching).  And of course they learn about ICT when recording the video, writing comments on the blog, watching the other chain reactions, ...&lt;/p&gt;

This is a project they ABSOLUTELY LOVE and children learn most by doing things they love.  And it is a real STEM-project in which all of the 21st century skills (collaboration, creating and innovation, ICT, communication, finding and evaluating information, problem solving, analytical thinking) are integrated.  We motivate children to improve their skills on ALL areas, not only language and mathematics.  Most important, children improve their CREATIVITY which isn&amp;#039;t a subject in school, but should be integrated in each subject as much as possible!  A teacher in Bulgaria told me a pupil in her class asked her parents not to buy her a tablet for Christmas, but to buy her materials so she could go and create a chain reaction.  Some pupils from Iceland mailed their teacher little movies of chain reactions they made in the parents&amp;#039; bedroom.  The results can be watched at the blogs mentioned above. In the 5 years that this project has been running we have never seen the same chain reaction twice so it proves children can be very creative in thinking about new ways of creating chains and the standards of the rube goldberg machines have risen to whole new levels so - we think - not only the children are learning but the teachers do too! BUT what motivated us most to continue this project is what school inspectors told us: Scotland: &amp;quot;The European Chain Reaction is the very best example of cross curricular work in International Education that we have witnessed in the four years that we have been touring schools, looking at International Educational projects!&amp;quot;

They absolutely wanted to create an eTwinning project on their own.  In the same period they had to execute a science task the children loved very much. In The European Chain reaction primary schools all over Europe try to create, film and upload an as astonishing as possible Rube-Goldberg machine to a common blog.  When all national chain reactions are online the children may judge the entries of the other schools and a final country-ranking will be published to the blog.&lt;br /&gt;
Apart from the competition this project is a European (international) cooperation at the same time.  All chains from all the different countries will be combined into ONE BIG EUROPEAN CHAIN REACTION so this is a true joint piece of work. Our school is the organizing country.  We search for more schools to join the project, send information to all participating schools and help all teachers who could use some advice.  We make no profit from this project.  The only thing we want to gain is the childrens’ interest in science.&lt;/p&gt;
