&lt;p&gt;Il progetto consiste nella creazione di una piattaforma virtuale dedicata agli amanti della scrittura e della lettura: allo stesso tempo una casa editrice che pubblica e-book e un social network letterario.&lt;strong&gt; Un luogo aperto a tutti gli amanti della cultura e delle nuove tecnologie&lt;/strong&gt;, in cui leggere e creare storie, confrontarsi con lettori, autori e professionisti del mondo editoriale.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Attraverso una campagna di crowdfunding, a cui hanno contribuito molte persone che hanno creduto nel progetto, abbiamo raccolto la somma necessaria per la realizzazione del portale, il cui lancio ufficiale è previsto per il 10 ottobre. La piattaforma avrà una sezione dedicata a tutte le attività &quot;social&quot;, una libreria di racconti che potranno essere caricati da tutti gli utenti registrati, una sezione che ospiterà i concorsi proposti alla community, un e-commerce e un blog che raccoglierà news e approfondimenti in ambito letterario e culturale. Sarà possibile iscriversi e creare un profilo personalizzabile; gli aspiranti autori avranno la possibilità di pubblicare racconti e partecipare a concorsi letterari per farsi conoscere; i bookblogger e i lettori in generale avranno la possibilità di leggere e votare i racconti caricati, gestire un blog personale, creare una propria libreria dei racconti preferiti.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Il contributo della community della piattaforma sarà essenziale per definire la linea editoriale della casa editrice, perché crediamo nella &lt;strong&gt;collaborazione costruttiva&lt;/strong&gt; tra la redazione e la comunità di appassionati. Il processo di selezione delle opere letterarie, infatti, avverrà in  &lt;strong&gt;due fasi&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
1. L&#039;autore invierà il proprio manoscritto alla redazione, che sceglierà i più meritevoli;&lt;br /&gt;
2. La community voterà i testi preferiti, leggendo un&#039;anteprima dell&#039;opera e interagendo con l&#039;autore.&lt;br /&gt;
I testi più votati saranno pubblicati in formato e-book e inseriti nel catalogo.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pensiamo che sia possibile creare opere letterarie di valore e dare l’opportunità di emergere a tanti aspiranti scrittori attraverso un continuo scambio costruttivo di proposte con degli appassionati come noi.&lt;br /&gt;
Vogliamo che l’interesse per la lettura e la scrittura abbia sempre più spazio all’interno del panorama culturale italiano, soprattutto fra ragazzi che, come noi, vogliono mettersi in gioco e hanno un grande amore per la &lt;strong&gt;narrazione&lt;/strong&gt; e l&#039;&lt;strong&gt;immaginazione&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

stato favorito l’uso non passivo di internet, la possibilità di cogliere le profonde

informazioni, la condivisione di progetti con altre scuole o altre comunità educative, lo
scambio di informazioni, una diversa interazione con il docente, l’autovalutazione
dell’apprendimento.
E’ aumentata la visibilità dei lavori svolti all’interno del gruppo classe. Se opportunamente
seguito può diventare un ottimo strumento per il feedback. Leggere regolarmente il blog della
classe diventa un modo immediato per valutare il livello di apprendimento e il progresso degli
studenti: una sorta di “storico” del processo cognitivo, in cui cogliere eventuali difficoltà
incontrate.
Attraverso il blog ci si avvicina maggiormente alla personalità dei singoli studenti, si è in
grado di conoscere i loro interessi e le loro esigenze formative. In tal modo il docente può
strutturare l’attività in modo “dinamico”, apportando ritocchi, se necessario per andare
incontro alle reali esigenze della classe.
Altro vantaggio non trascurabile, grazie alla sua estrema facilità in quanto non richiede
specifiche competenze tecnico-informatiche, il blog favorisce la comunicazione digitale e
diventa una buona occasione per acquisire competenze in ambito informatico.
Per identificare e comprendere l’impatto della sperimentazione si può partire da un diagramma di flusso
che rappresenta la relazione logica e la concatenazione operativa tra gli elementi della ricerca che

motivazioni che mi hanno spinto a costruire un blog didattico per la mia classe e di come&lt;br /&gt;
questa esperienza possa essere replicabile da chiunque, senza la necessità di costose tecnologie&lt;br /&gt;
o particolari competenze di tipo informatico. Descriverò la mia esperienza, cercando di&lt;br /&gt;
trasmettere le sensazioni, le emozioni che ho provato nel veder crescere il blog che, giorno&lt;br /&gt;
dopo giorno, prendendo forma è diventato punto di riferimento e compagno in un cammino di&lt;br /&gt;
crescita comune anche per i genitori e gli alunni della mia classe. Un e portfolio delle&lt;br /&gt;
competenze e delle esperienze, un diario di bordo, un valido aiuto per gli alunni assenti, un&lt;br /&gt;
contenitore di risorse didattiche, multiformi aspetti che hanno consentito di creare un ponte tra&lt;br /&gt;
la scuola e le famiglie. Il blog è uno strumento per aumentare l’ascolto delle voci dei propri&lt;br /&gt;
alunni, dare un pubblico per chi scrive, che significa motivare a scrivere ed inoltre, come afferma lo stesso Ford : “ Impegnarsi in un weblog aiuta gli studenti a rendersi conto che&lt;br /&gt;
stanno dando un contributo al corpus di conoscenza che costituisce Internet”. L’idea di aprire&lt;br /&gt;
un blog, anche se inizialmente non lo sapevo ancora, è scaturita da una serie di esigenze; la&lt;br /&gt;
necessità era quella di trovare uno strumento che permettesse:&lt;br /&gt;
1. ai genitori di essere più informati sull’attività didattica dei propri figli in modo da poterli&lt;br /&gt;
maggiormente supportare nei compiti assegnati per casa;&lt;br /&gt;
2. evitare da parte degli alunni dimenticanze nel portare a termine i lavori assegnati a cadenza&lt;br /&gt;
settimanale. Da parecchi anni mi interesso e sono promotore dell’introduzione delle nuove&lt;br /&gt;
tecnologie nella scuola e nell’attività didattica ed è quindi in questo ambito che ho ricercato&lt;br /&gt;
una soluzione al problema. Da una breve indagine, sono venuto a conoscenza che 23 famiglie&lt;br /&gt;
su 25 hanno accesso, a casa o al posto di lavoro, ad un computer con connessione ad internet e&lt;br /&gt;
quindi ho pensato che “la Rete” fosse la modalità per rimanere in contatto e dato che c’era&lt;br /&gt;
bisogno di uno strumento semplice ed immediato, alla portata di tutti, versatile e di facile&lt;br /&gt;
gestione, ho deciso di aprire un blog per la mia classe. il blog si configura come un nuovo&lt;br /&gt;
media che permette a chiunque di pubblicare qualsiasi contenuto in una pagina web. Il tipo di&lt;br /&gt;
comunicazione che adotta è orizzontale e non mediata, tra singoli che hanno la possibilità di&lt;br /&gt;
confrontarsi e discutere di qualsiasi argomento. È una modalità di comunicazione democratica&lt;br /&gt;
e pluralista che consente la formazione di abilità quali l’espressione, la comunicazione, la&lt;br /&gt;
condivisione, la rappresentazione delle conoscenze in relazione alle diverse aree del sapere,&lt;br /&gt;
favorendo un atteggiamento costruttivo e positivo nei confronti delle esperienze scolastiche&lt;br /&gt;
con l’assunzione di responsabilità individuali. Tali caratteristiche, fanno del blog e del suo&lt;br /&gt;
utilizzo in chiave didattica, un valido strumento per promuovere un processo di apprendimento&lt;br /&gt;
attivo che si integra totalmente con le modalità di applicazione di una didattica costruttivista.&lt;br /&gt;
Attualmente il blog viene gestito da me e dagli alunni, attraverso l’utilizzo di una postazione&lt;br /&gt;
multimediale in classe fornita di LIM.&lt;/p&gt;

THE CENTRE IS LOCATED IN RURAL NAKASEKE, A FORMER GROUND OF THE GUERRILLA BUSH WAR THAT BROUGHT THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT INTO POWER, 75KM NORTH OF KAMPALA, THE CAPITAL CITY OF UGANDA.&lt;br /&gt;
AS RESULTS OF THE WAR, INFRASTRUCTURE WERE TOTALLY DESTROYED INCLUDING SCHOOLS, MEANING THAT NO CHILDREN WOULD HAVE A CHANCE TO CONTINUE WITH SCHOOLING, LEAVING THE AREA WITH A VERY BIG CHALLENGE OF HIGH ILLETERACY LEVELS.&lt;br /&gt;
BUT EVEN AFTER SOME YEARS OUT OF THE WAR, AND ALL GOVERNMENT EFFORTS TO RESTORE THE SITUATION, RURAL SCHOOLS ARE STILL LYING BEHIND IN TERMS OF EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES THAT WOULD HELP CHILDREN DO BETTER LIKE LIBRARIES, ENOUGH CLASSROOMS, SCHOLARSTIC MATERIALS, BETTER TEACHERS, AND PARENTS WHO HAVE NOT BEEN VALUING EDUCATION.&lt;br /&gt;
IT IS FROM THIS BACKGROUND THAT A SPECIAL EDUCATION IMPROVEMENT CAMPAIGN (THE RADIO QUIZ COMPETITION) WAS SPEARHEADED BY THE LOCAL COMMUNITY RADIO IN AN EFFORT TO FIND A LASTING SOLUTION TO THE CHALLENGE TO SUPPLEMENT ON THE GOVERNMENT’S EFFORTS OF REBUILDING THE SECTOR.&lt;br /&gt;
